J103 is a ministry whose goal is to encourage believers and serve as a doorway for non-believers to begin thinking about Christ through the positive influence of Christian music. None of this would be possible without the hard work and dedication of our staff and DJs. God continually uses their talents to strengthen the ministry of J103.
