"I surrendered my life to God in June at a youth camp. It was like being on the mountain at youth camp. Coming back home was going to be my valley. I have come back before, and let the worldly things enter in, and my life would slowly wind back. J103 has helped me not to do that. I can turn on the radio anywhere I go. The songs really touch my heart and remind me to stay true to God. My favorite song would be Chris Tomlin's 'Amazing Grace'. Thanks to the Lord, my chains are gone and I am free. I am so proud to share this with the world. God recently answered a prayer of mine for my dad. He's 52 years old and my mother would go to church faithfully without my dad for a long time. He surrendered to the Lord on Labor Day weekend at Mountainview Baptist Church in Rocky Face, GA. Heaven's gates opened up that night and I have a brand new dad. "I had not stepped foot in a church in over 10 years. I have two small children that had never been to church. We were flipping through stations one day and Seventh Day Slumber was playing. The beat kept my kids interested. It was in January 2007 that we found our new favorite station. Since then my family has found the way to the Lord through music and I have been saved. My 6 year old son now makes a request for the 'Jesus station' every time we get in the car. This brings tears to my eyes and joy to my heart that my family is getting to know the Lord.
