Welcome to the all-new J103 Web Page! We are so excited tro see your new link to "all-things J103" up and running. A lot of people have worked really hard to make this an up to date and effective connection to your favorite radio ministry.

On the old J103 site Ted's Blog was the only place I could give you; The Power Verse of the Day, the DQ Birthday Cake winners, the Monday Morning Chuckle, Ted's Family Friendly Friday lists, and things like that. All of that and more is now on the Morning Show with Ted page.

This blog will be my online diary if you will. I will try to share with you all the things God is doing in my life and in the life of my family.

Speaking of that.....On a recent Monday, I learned that I no longer dislike a certain food. I have never liked tomatoes-I guess it's a texture thing. I can remember my Grandpa walking through his garden when I was a child and he would just pick a ripe tomato off of the vine and eat it. Would always gross me out. I love tomato soup. I love good salsa, but tomatoes by themselves.....Yuck! Well......a few of us were eating at a country style restaurant and on the buffet I thought they had fried squash, or eggplant-(both of which I love.) I got a couple pieces and ate them. They were delicious! I then asked the waitress if it was squash or eggplant. To my surprise......Fried Green Tomatoes! I was so shocked! They were so sweet and really good! I guess I now like Fried Green Tomatoes! My grandpa is probably laughing in Heaven right now!

Our life can be just like that......we spend most of our life "not liking something" when we haven't really given it much of a chance. I can honestly say, that I have never had Fried Green Tomatoes before that fateful meal. I know I didn't like fresh tomatoes, but who would of known-Green and fried?

What's the point? I guess I need to be a littel bit more open-minded about certain things........including certain veggies!! Are there things in your life that you unfairly "dislike?"
