About Partners for Christian Media: Partners for Christian Media was incorporated as a non-profit ministry in 1995 in Chattanooga, TN. Since our first day as an organization, we've been seeking ways to use music and media to encourage Christians, minister to other ministries, and tell people of the hope we've found in our faith in Jesus. Our ministry includes an FM radio station (J103), an annual Christian music festival (Jfest), a video-based testimony-sharing agency (ComeOnLetsGo), and a digital, music-listening platform for only positive and Christian music (JRadio).

What It's Like to Work Here: Ask the people that work at PCM about their favorite parts, and they describe the culture, opportunities for growth, a low turnover rate and a friendly workplace environment.
