WE are the reason

I love the classic song from David Meece titled "We Are The Reason" because it so clearly explains why God chose to send his only Son to earth. In order to bridge the impossible divide between us and God, caused by our sin, God sent to us the ultimate sacrifice, Jesus! This year as Hollywood seems determined to combine all December events as "the holidays" and insists on giving all religious holidays equal time...let us not forget that WE are the reason Jesus had to come to earth on that Christmas so long ago. While this has been a tough year for all of us, we certainly have plenty to be thankful for. Most importantly, we should be thankful that we serve a God that loves us that much! Merry Christmas!
