Our oldest son Trevor went with us to watch his little brother run in this season's first cross country meet. Trevor, being a little competitive gave Chipper some critiques after the race was over. "Chipper, you swing your arms to much, and you are slumped forward. Stay upright and keep your arms up and tight to your side-not waving crazy."
Chipper ran tonight, a week later, and he followed his big brother's advice. It paid off-he looked a lot better.
Proverbs 11:3 says, "The Intregrity of the upright guides them, but the crookedness of the treacherous destroys them."
Let that challenge us to live our life upright and not crooked. Run to get the prize!
