I have been battlilng plantar fascitus (or however you spell it) for about 3-4 months now. It started out as a pain in the center of my right heel. I have been doing many reccomended stretches and even bought some ensoles. About a week ago I noticed that it was feeling much better........
Until.....I woke up Monday morning....the pain is not in the center of my heel anymore.......it is now on the back of my achiles......Every step is a pain!
Please pray that it would go away soon. I don't ever claim to be like the Apostle Paul-but I am beginning to understand what he meant about a thorn in his flesh.
