it is always nice to have time off to recharge your batteries and make memories with your family.
I was blessed to have two weeks off over the holidays.
We had a blast, besides all of the Christmas and New Year's activities we were surprised by a Facebook friend with four tickets to the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans. Normally we wouldn't pick up and drive to NOLA but it was my alma mater The University of Louisville Cardinals that were playing the Florida Gators.....and my Cardinals upset the SEC heavyweights and won!!!! Talk about the memories.
Also on our break Trevor left for the Univeristy of Louisville. He will be living with my mom this semester while he competes for the ROTC scholarship. I am so proud of him but at the same time I really do miss him, (even though he wasn't home much anyway).
After being off two weeks I was excited to get up at 4am this morning to make my way into the studio to be back with you.
Time away from work is good-but so is routine. Hope you had a great break!
