I need to lose weight.. now you would look at me an say your crazy!
how much to do weigh? 193 as i write this.. I want to get down to
165 by JFEST so as I adjust my eating for the rest of my life... I
want you to hold me aaccountable... call me up every now and then
and ask me what my weight is down to... I do a lot better when I
have an accountablity partner and I welcome your asking.
