How are you doing on your news years resolution? for me I never
quit... and so as I move into the middle of the third month of
trying to lose weight I stepped on the scales and
… still the same! 187 just
can’t lose it! so now i have resorted to
counting calories... every night I go home and plan the next day's
meals and 1500 calories is the limit... maybe you are going through
this too..putting ourselves in bondage --- you and I both wishing
we could enjoy our food with feeling guilty....
