How do you feel when you learned something new? Feels pretty good
doesn't it… Well what I’m
about to tell you felt better than good and Actually
saved my shoulders and my rotator cuff… I was
doing my 20 push-ups just a warm-up at the gym and a gentleman came
up to me and said you are going to destroy your your shoulder, now
please pass this one to your kids... Never do a push-up all the way
to the ground only do a 90° angle with your arm to your
back shoulder Even doing 20 push-ups can dislocate your shoulder if
you are off by one measurement And I have to admit I have been
having some shoulder soreness after going all the way to the
floor.
