To combat the effects of Daylight Savings Time 'Napping Day" is a national day to encourage citizens to take a nap sometime today to make up for the hour of sleep we missed yesterday.
Sleep experts say we can never "make up" sleep loss.
I combated the upcoming Loss of sleep by grabbing an hour nap on Saturday-(to get ready for Daylight Savings Time), and just incase that didn't do the trick-I took another 2 hour nap yesterday!!!
I am wide-eyed and bushy tailed and enjoying the extra daylight and longer day!!!!! Come on Spring (just over a week away!)
