Since December, many of my co-workers have been real nervous. It was before Christmas that my iphone died and I was forced to replace it. I chose the new iphone 5. Becasue of the Christmas expenses and the fact that I didn't budget to purchase a new phone I didn't have the money to buy a case for it.
Because of my history with iPhones (swimming pools, dropped on asphalt etc) everyone kept telling me "You need to get a case for your phone."
I finally had a little Birthday cash left over and ordered a Lifecase. While waiting for the case to arrive we left for our J103 staff retreat at Winshape in Rome GA.
My wife, Amy, called me to say I received the case in the mail. I was to return home the next day. Someone said, Ted-wouldn't it be awful if you dropped and broke your phone today before you can get it into the water-proof case?
Thanks a lot! I was now paranoid about my phone, but happy to say, I arrived home with my phone intact and it is now protected.
Of course.....I hope I don't lose it AND the new case!!!!!
