Besides the greatest present of Father sending his son to save the
world, the biggest present I recieved was LOSING WEIGHT!! I've been
on the Ideal Protein Diet and I have lost 10 pounds in three weeks!
I started at 188 and now down to 178... but it's not
about the wieght... I have have to get my body fat down... ans
sloooowly that is coming off too! I'll give you another update next
week!
