I'm on a diet... a hardcore diet... called ideal protein...the
problem is, due to heredity, I have high cholestrol ( yeah me who,
runs 3 miles a day and bikes five!). So now, as the holiday season
was hands off of every fruit, starch, sugar, grain and dairy... I
made it without cheating
started at 180...now down to 175.4... will update next week
