Thoughts while pedaling...time for phase two...

Been a month and 20 days on the Ideal Protein Diet from the guys overt at Nutrition World... all veggies and protein and thats it... ... and it has paid off... as the weekly updates continue last week I was 160 and now down to 156 -- Body fat 12 percent... Now moving on to phase... two which means...EVEN MORE MEAT!!!
