Ever been on a Prayer Walk?
What is that? It is just what it sounds like.....a group of believers (or an individual) who comes together to walk around/through an area and ask God to bless it.
It is a time to walk and have a conversation with our Heavenly Father to heal, to strengthen, to change those in that area (and ourselves as we pray).
Saturday Local faith leaders and members of law enforcement are coming together to have a prayer walk to help curb violence in Chattanooga: two neighborhoods specifically:
Walk One begins at New Monumental Baptist Church 901 Woodmore Lane and ends at Brainerd High School. The Second Walk starts at the corner of Lindsey Street and 11th street and ends right where it begins.
Both walks start at 10am.
Come walk and pray for the end of violence in Chattanooga.
