In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup cola, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 1 Tbsp garlic powder, 1 Tbsp onion powder, 1 Tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper.
