We received a nomination for The Firehouse Subs Hero of the Week-It is retiring Chattanooga Police Captain Brian Cotter.
Captain Cotter has worked for the CPD since 1986 (30 years) most recently in the Avondale neighborhood. Recently the Avondale Community through a retirement party for him. "He really cares" one resident said. Another said "We could call on him and he was always there for us. He is a real crime-fighter." Captain Cotter shared with the group gathered for his retirement party, "By being friends with so many of you, it enabled me to get things done that I could never got done without you."
Way to go Captain Cotter! Enjoy your retirement.....you have earned it!
