Catherine Bongiorno shares some healthy diet and fitness tips

Catherine Bongiorno, owner of Lift to Lose Fitness and Nutrition, shared some healthy diet and fitness tips with us. First, she said that her workout mantra is "Lift Weight to Loss Weight." Also, she always listens to hip-hop and rock 'n roll music to keep her pumped up during her workout (Christian hip-hop and rock is available to JRadio Hits!). Finally, she said that she has a smoothies made with almond milk, Greek yogurt, and fresh fruit for breakfast. Although, I think her best piece of advice was to have pizza for her cheat meal!
