If your child’s school year is feeling a little light on clubs and activities—especially with so much still being online—maybe start your own “after school” thing at home. I found a website called Scratch, where kids can learn how to code—like actually create computer programs. I spent three years in college trying to figure that stuff out and failed… but this site is teaching grade-schoolers advanced coding concepts! Even if your child never becomes a programmer, these skills can give them a head start in any career.
