what is the official state song of Tennessee… That came up as a trivia question… And I got it wrong, I really didn’t feel bad because I’m not from Tennessee I’m from California… But I really did think that this was the state song… Play Rocky top… I meant that song is sung more times a day probably then happy birthday, right… Well you may know this already but there is a brand new state song…… end it was made famous by a bluegrass group called daily and Vincent and the song is called I’ll leave my heart in Tennessee… Now no offense to you if you love Rocky top that’s a great song… But I would encourage you to listen to the lyrics… And even though I’m not from Tennessee, I almost had a tear in my eye...
