27th Annual Grateful Gobbler Walk
Kick off Thanksgiving morning with Chattanooga’s beloved holiday tradition, the 27th Annual Grateful Gobbler Walk!
Join family and friends on Thursday, November 26, 2026, at 8 a.m. at Coolidge Park for a festive Thanksgiving morning featuring a 5K walk/run, music, family-friendly fun and plenty of holiday spirit. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome, and four-legged friends can join the fun, too!
Best of all, 100% of proceeds benefit the Maclellan Shelter for Families and Provident Place, opening summer 2027. The Maclellan Shelter is Chattanooga’s only shelter within a 120-mile radius that keeps families together while providing shelter, support and resources to help families move toward stable housing. Provident Place will expand this mission, providing significantly more beds and comprehensive services for families experiencing homelessness.
