Two-time GRAMMY® winner and acclaimed worship leader Matt Redman has garnered the best street week debut of his career with his powerful new album, Your Grace Finds Me. The release tops the chart on this week’s Soundscan Christian Albums Chart and hits the Top 30 on the Billboard 200.

The success of Your Grace Finds Me follows an outpouring of media praise declaring the record as one of the “Best of the Best” (Worship Leader, 5 out of 5 stars), the tracks "nothing but refreshing" (Christianity Today) and calling Redman "one of the most prolific worship writers of this generation" (All About Worship). The release adds to Redman’s list of accolades with millions of people all around the world singing his songs in churches each week. The massive impact saw in Redman’s timeless anthem, “10,000 Reasons (Bless The Lord)” led to two GRAMMY® awards, a Billboard Music Award and the honor of being named ASCAP’s Christian Music Song of the Year. His follow-up single is the title track off the new record, which continues to climb the charts and portrays the powerful message that whether in battle or blessing, God’s grace is active and present.
