have you ever noticed how when you're trying to go to sleep, you always seem to have trouble doing so, but when you need to stay awake, it's all you can do to keep your eyes open?
yeah, i fall into the latter category right now as i meander about my house trying to work up some sleepiness. counting sheep? saying the alphabet backwards in my head? none of those work. oh well.
music!
i need some good old fashioned orchestra music. maybe even classical guitar! that's what i'm doing sometime tomorrow then, it's settled...gotta find some "sleepin' music" so i can get some better rest.
any fellow night owls out there got anything that seems to work for them to get them tired and/or sleepy?..and don't tell me chasing a 2 year old around the house! :P
