My new years resolution is to lose weight , I’m
at an all time high of 190 and my body is starting to feel it...
now I wanted the pounds of instantaneously so every day I was
stepping on the scale to see the progression... the only thing I
did see was my sad frown as I looked at the scale and then looked
into the mirror...then ted told me only weigh yourself once a week
and you will see results... so week two goes by...nothing.... week
three goes by....nothing... week four goes by and lo and behold I
LOST FOUR POUNDS!!!
