Many across the country were affected by strong-severe Thunderstorms last night. Fortunately God protected us in the TN Valley from any real damaging storms.
My family was unscathed in the incliment weather that passed through yesterday afternooon and evening, well except for a "freaked out" chihauha. Amy's "Tia" does not like storms one bit. When we got home last night from my free birthday dinner at Provinos-Tia wouldn't stop following me panting very heavy. She gets really nervous during storms.
This morning when I went outside to make my way to the radio station I noticed that there was no more yellow tint to my Durango and because of the heavy rain there wasn't even that yellow 'sludge' that is usually left after the first rainfall during high pollen days!
So I guess I am grateful for the Thunderstorms we had yesterday.
Our prayers are with those in the country who had real damage.
