Hey everyone... Haylee here!
This morning I walked in to the studio, as I do every morning, to a
sweet "thank you" card sitting at my "desk" as I opened it, I read
so many wonderful and encouraging notes from the people I have
grown to adore in such a short time frame, that's when it hit me...
this is my last week as a J103 intern. it is bittersweet for so
many reasons. Yes, I am ready for my Senior year to get started up
but I am going to miss this place so much! I am so thankful for
everything I have learned and everyone I have met over the past
three months. This internship has taught me so much, from being
Ted's "right hand woman" in planning "The largest family friendly
festival in the Tennessee Valley" to using a program I have never
used before to put together crazy spots that Scholar Brad creates
in his mind. J103 has been such a blessing in so many ways! I'm
going to miss the closeness, joy and love for one another of the
J103 family the most. The most important thing I have learned this
summer is to reach for the stars and never let
anyone tell you that you aren't good enough live out your dreams. I
said in my very first blog that I couldn't be more excited for this
opportunity that the Lord allowed for me to have this summer, I
tell you one thing I can't be more excited to see what crazy
adventure God has in store for me next! This isn't my last blog as
an intern just yet... more to come on
Friday!
