Thoughts while pedaling... when the cats away...

It's the perfect storm...Beth is off to a spiritual retreat for the next three days and I go completely off the diet!! And I need to celebrate! But how?? A mound of Pancakes from Aetetha Frankinsteins? A bucket of yougurt from Sweet Frogs? an All night gorge fest of fried Chicken at Wallys? Ohhhh the possibilities are endless!!
