So I'm off the Ideal Protein Diet... and my counselor has
encouraged me...no required me to take a mandatory
“cheat" day... So she wants me to pig out of
pizza, ice cream, cookies, candy bars...donuts…
etc… all day Saturday then go back to the
regimen of nutritious foods... So Saturday I dipped my toe in the
water of delectable delights... and ate my first cookie since Dec
8th!
