A lot happened this year!
OK, I am not going to bore you with a long drawn out list of good things that happened or things I wish would have been different. It is good for us to have times like that to evaluate where we are and plan for the future. For this blog, let me be as brief as possible: 2018 was a year full of fulfilled promises. I gained a new daughter-in-law who fits in perfectly with our family and makes our “Ranger-Son” so happy. Our daughter is using her God-given gifts as a full-fledged teacher. It thrills my heart to see her mentoring the young children in her care. Our son-in-law is proving to be the husband and spiritual leader to my daughter I had always prayed for. Our youngest son, Chipper has found his niche as a welder and is really excelling in his skills. Amy and I celebrated 28 years of marriage with a trip to Tybee Island and had most of our “kids” join us for part of the time.I was appointed to Program Director and have been blessed to learn so much from our incredible staff. Continue to pray for patience for our airstaff team as they put up with me! LOL!
OK, I said I was going to be brief and I am already getting carried away…..Counting God’s Blessings will do that to you.
It’s been an awesome year, and I can’t wait to see what God continues to do through us in2019.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from my family to yours.
